Since 31.12.1998 Dr. Hans Lautenschläger is shareholder and since 1.1.2001 major shareholder. Partner liable to unlimited extent is KOKO Kosmetikvertrieb Verwaltungs-GmbH, Leichlingen, of which the major shareholder and managing director is also Dr. Lautenschläger.
